Jeff Pendlebury, Jim Baldesare and I pulled the winner of the race around for an hour with only 3 or four little attacks. So we made some major big mistakes. I am sticking with my story of I was too tired to think and just wanted to get the race over with. Less than two hours of sleep from the bigger race I did at Roanoke 6 hours away, and also 13 hours of rested legs. It's too bad I didn't try harder because it was a great race and good crowd. Jim Baldesare finished 2nd, I was 3rd, Jeff Pendlebury was 4th and raced awesome. Without Jeff up the road we would have been caught. So 3 of us pulled 1 st place around while Alan Antonuk came in 6th. I heard the team rode a good race back in the pack.
